Instrument features

☆X-axis tracking measurement: through the X-axis built-in linear
ruler can be measured side of the workpiece, one side of the
measurement. This type of measurement is useful in situations
where the X axis must be moved to keep fit to the surface shape
of the workpiece beyond the displacement formed by the probe
measurement range.
☆Spiral measurement / analysis: Rotary mode measurement of the
table rotation and linear motion can be combined, cylindrical,
coaxial and other data can be used as a collection of continuous data.
☆The detection device holder can reach a sufficient height in the
Z-axis direction, and the height can be lowered and positioned
for measurement.
