LK series measurement principle
The traditional laser displacement sensor uses the PSD
(Position Sensing Detector) light receiving element and
the LK series uses the CCD light receiving element, the
light is reflected on the surface of the measured object
through the lens to focus on the PSD or CCD; PSD And the
position of the object to be measured is determined by the
light distribution amount of all the light points of the measured
element. However, since the distribution of the amount of light is
affected by the surface condition of the object to be measured,
the deviation of the measurement data is likely to occur.
The CCD measurement point detects the peak value of the light
distribution amount of each
pixel and determines the position of the object to be measured
accordingly.
The CCD can reliably measure the object displacement with high
accuracy without being affected by the light distribution amount of
the light spot.
